1.Harvester Accessories Introduction

Our METALLECA® Harvester Accessories are manufactured by sand casting, gravity pouring and die-casting processes.
Those production processes have existed thousands of years and widely applicable today.
The advantage of the process is that complex structures and larger body shapes can use, such as Hydro generator housing.
On the other hand, the disadvantage of process is long production cycle, the rough surface, and the large size deviation. (except for die casting process)
In technical level:
1.Blank casting: quality stability (deformation, internal defects, etc.) get well control.
2.Machining & Assembly: high-precision processing, dimension tolerances meet standard, ensure compliant with assembly requirements.
3.Performance & Material: Customers specify U.S. standard aluminum ASTM A356.2. After T6 heat treatment aluminum, the strength and toughness are well matched that extends the life of the product. At the same time, the selection of aluminum in the equipment lightweight requirements have also been improved.
